Gary D. Henderson is one of the Founders of Sterling Development Global and also of OPISAC Global, a humanitarian organization focused on sustainable community centers for the eradication of poverty through education, training, tools, and opportunity.

Mark B. Henderson is the C.E.O. in charge of the roll of out of the new technologies through strategic International Business Alliances. In most cases they are large multinational corporations. Working with the Carlton Group on Wallstreet and has professional background in marketing, finance and sales. Mark also ensures the coordination of the different technologies, patent owners, project managers, and other key personnel for all of the ongoing sales and marketing projects . Mark is fluent in Spanish and works with patent owners and Developers, Research and Development Teams in order to ensure that all of the technologies involved provide viable solutions to modern concerns.
Mark also works in cooperation with Project Planners and Designers to allow for a more stable coordination between groups. Mark has lived in Central America and has a very unique understanding of how to do business in Latin America.

Stephen R. Mahoney is a Founder and also the Executive Director of Project Development and Operations. All of the individual project managers will report to Steve, who will be tracking and recording progress and operational oversight in order to assure all projects stay on schedule and budgets. Steve has 25 years Project Management Experience covering engineering, electrical, mechanical, software, computer, medical, enterprise integration and construction.
An added skill he brings to the table is the ability to establish needed systems to create a centralized global tracking center. The initial function of this center will be tracking the telemetry produced by Power Generating Stations and Water Production Facilities. This is in part to ensure full payment for all utilities being generated, but also to ensure the continued and uninterrupted operations of all systems globally. Having lived many years overseas, Steve brings understanding of doing business in Scandinavia, Europe and Asia.
David A.L. Smith is a Founder and Executive Director of International Sales with more than 30 years of experience in Government Contract Industries. His knowledge of the Government Services Administration (GSA) in addition to the many establishment connections at his disposal make him an invaluable part of the SDG team. As a partially disabled veteran, he has unique access to procure government contracts.
His primary role is to establish the necessary connections and to oversee the documentation necessary for access to the EPA, DOE, DOD and other government agencies, including directing the efforts for overseeing the acquisition of contracts with the federal government for the Superfund sites.
David also brings different technologies to the table and works with the developers and manufacturers in order to ensure product manufacturing.
Ryan Christensen is a Founder and head of research and development as well as the Tech Coordinator for the applicable technologies used in the field for projects across the globe. As a partially disabled veteran he has invaluable experiences from around the world in several business ventures.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Nuclear Engineering in December 1977. He has an expansive background in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, and plays a pivotal role by ensuring the efficacy of any and all new technologies introduced by SDG.
Ryan Christensen also has a substantive background in Financial Services and serves as a means to ensure that the investments of SDG as well as project budgets and ROI projections remain within reason.
Gerardo Browne is fluent in English and Spanish and has alliance business partners and potential partners throughout Latin America. Gerry’s keen knowledge and insight of local markets and geopolitical spheres of influence in those regions have brought many important relationships and contacts to SDG and affiliate companies.
He has strong ties to important people in governments and corporate relationships which have added to the quality of partnerships to the group. He is a valuable asset to the growth and development of future endeavors for SDG and H20.

Marcus WC Tipton is our sustainable community project developer and designer. Currently serves as the compliance officer regarding all international legal affairs for all the companies in the group. His passion is the establishment of systemically sustainable community developments and the integration of humanitarian and commercial ventures for the purpose of more symbiotic and systemic solutions, tailored to the individual needs of the respective programs. He has an extensive background with Indigenous tribes around the globe. Marcus is currently based in the Philippines, though he has an expansive background working with indigenous tribes around the world. He specializes in the creation of systemic solutions to ensure sustainable human growth and development. Marcus is fluent in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and the local variant of the Bicolano dialect.
Dr. Chen is our Technical Director and Chief Scientist with more than 30 years of industrial experience in the fields of ceramic membranes for gas separation and solid oxide fuel cell applications. Prior to joining Sterling Development Global, Dr. Chen worked at CoorsTek / Ceramatec, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Scientist from 2007 to 2016. He has led Ceramatec’s team in fabrication and development of advanced wafers and modules for H2/Syngas project and Ceramic Oxygen Generators (COG). From 1994 to 2006, Dr. Chen worked at Praxair, Inc. (Currently Linde Gas) as a Senior Development Associate and Team Lead of Ceramic Membrane Group where he established ceramic membrane facilities and led a comprehensive material & thin film fabrication technology. Dr. Chen received his MS and PhD degrees in Ceramic Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla in 1988 and 1992, respectively. Dr. Chen is the inventor on 18 U.S. patents and has 26 publications in the fields of ceramic membranes and solid oxide fuel cells.
Jose Martin is a key leader and Founder of OPISAC Honduras as well as an equity partner in Sterling Energy Honduras S.A. which is a 50 MW power plant in Trujillo, Honduras. He is our construction specialist representing infrastructure and budget negotiations in several construction projects in Honduras.
Since 2010 he has owned and operated his own construction, operations and maintenance consulting firm in Honduras where he has clients such as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Heinee Hinrichsen is an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer with experience providing comprehensive coordination of all product development activities from research to market. With a technically strong background in mobile app, website and graphic design, Heinee offers more than 27 years of expertise and design experience and project management. Led the UI/UX and design strategy for mobile devices & tablets.

Marvin Quirós is a prominent representative of Costa Rica in the company Starlight Development Global, where he works as an expert in real estate infrastructure projects. James (Jim) Sweet is a licensed professional engineer with 35+ years of experience in power generation, power conversion, cooling, marketing, and project management. He obtained his mechanical engineering degree from the University of Washington in 1978, and spent his career with General Electric, Emerson Network Power, and affiliated companies. He also obtained his MBA from the University of Houston while working for GE.
Jim’s engineering degree included a concentration in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and power generation. His work experience provided in-depth knowledge of power plants, batteries, motors, generators, switchgear, and related equipment. He has closely followed the development of alternative energy technologies for over 40 years, and has also designed water desalination technologies. Jim has a strong desire to help in the development and implementation of green power and desalination worldwide.
Jacqueline is from Ecuador, South America, and has lived in the USA for over 40 years. Fluent in English, she has a vast range of professional experience, including industry specific translation in both Spanish and Portuguese as a Court-certified Legal interpreter and translator within the Courts of the State of Utah.
She has a successful and comprehensive understanding of Residential Real Estate Development and Sales throughout the USA and Latin America. She is a former competitive swimmer and was asked to tryout for the USA Olympic Team, which helped to provide a foundation for her devotion and work ethic. These same traits have proven invaluable to the efforts of Sterling Development Global where she has been an intrinsic part of future Project Planning, Sales, and organizational development.
Melodee is from Taiwan, Asia and has lived in the USA for over 30 years. Fluent in English, and Mandarin. She has a successful and comprehensive understanding of doing business in Taiwan and has been the Director of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce for the last 10 years. Michelle is a key leader in Honduras, Founder, and President of OPISAC Honduras. Nancy has been an compassionate ambassador for Honduras as she has represented Sterling Global with both the Green Climate fund, the Bridgin Foundation and several government organizations in Honduras. Her experience in Education and training have made her a strong proponent for employment, poverty eradication and Green Sustainable Technologies for Honduras. She successfully facilitated meetings with key individuals in the public and private sectors such as Minister of Energy and the President of Honduras.
With a Bachelor of Education and work as a certified English Translator she represents her country well in English. With a background in HR Planning, selection and training of personnel, Payroll, Labor Management Administration, Training, Customer Service, and Project Coordination, she has been prepared to represent these opportunities in Honduras.

Chris Young is in charge of Investor Relations and project management with our 25 million dollar budget for projects in Africa. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley in Psychology including social engineering and abstract conceptualization; Also, graduated with a M.S. from Brigham Young University, Provo in counseling and human development. Licenced with a SEC Series 7 worked in various roles in the finance industry. 13 years employed with Verizon in customer service, training, tech support and fraud protection. Fatima Medel is the Administrative Assistant and Compliance Officer for the back office support. Her professional background in education and administration bring talents of organization and support. Engineer Cesar Augusto Berbeo Uribe is the Country Manager for the consortium of companies in Colombia, as a professional civil engineer, and Co-founder of STERLING WATER AND ENERGY COLOMBIA and Partner of GEOMINERALS INC and MAGNETIC POWER., with experience developing logistics and infrastructure.
Current contributions in active development: including construction solutions in the mega port of Chancay, Peru, as well as the 50 MW Tango l –II – III Hydroelectric plants in this same country. He is also involved with In the purchase in Honduras of the Chacha Guala Hydroelectric Plant that currently generates 6 MW for its expansion to 15 MW for which it was designed.
